Obamentum
The Service Employees International Union, one of the largest and most influential in the country, is said to be on the verge of throwing its support to Barack Obama, after earlier declining to endorse any candidate. And Congressman/Civil Rights Icon/Superdelegate John Lewis says he is* switching from Hillary Clinton to Obama:
“In recent days, there is a sense of movement and a sense of spirit,” said Mr. Lewis, a Georgia Democrat who endorsed Mrs. Clinton last fall. “Something is happening in America and people are prepared and ready to make that great leap.”
UPDATE*: Or maybe not. African-American lawmakers who backed Clinton early are feeling a lot of pressure from their constituents.
